At this exhibition, Lankwitzer (China) presented its RevoQ® high-efficiency paint surface quick-repair solutions.

Designed for damage and corrosion issues on critical components such as rail vehicle bodies and bogies, the solutions leverage four core technologies — LED blue-light curing, DTM primer-topcoat integrated fast-drying, rapid color-matching system, and two-component E-spray system — to effectively solve key challenges in rail coating maintenance. They enable fast repairs with convenient application and ambient-temperature rapid drying, eliminating the need for full-surface recoating. The resulting paint film offers strong adhesion and excellent weather and corrosion resistance, significantly reducing vehicle downtime and supporting efficient rail transit operations.
